Invalid ceo of bypassing

There is multiple valid reports of a username with 0’s and 1’s. I believe this is the same guy bypassing because he has the same skin if you look in the two bottom screenshots.

I think he’s reporting that he’s a bypasser if you look closely one of the usernames say *insert bunch of 0s and 1s* and the other username says *insert same order of 0s and 1s and _matrix at the end* which means it’s possible it’s the same person
