I myself swear lots so that'd be a lot of censoring.
But I agree with this suggestion, @vertx should add it.

The profile owner can delete anything on their profile

And in threads Well it gonna stay like this since its Staff job, the way to remove this is to NOT REPLY USELESS THINGS to these insults and just TAG staff then u stop no one reply to this anymore

and you can click on report
