I said I could get it on any version, I've had it on 1.4.2, 1.6.0, and 1.6.1, I can also do either the Steve skin base OR Alex. or ask for a custom cape that isn't crazy hard to make and I'll hook u up.

Well I don’t know, although I’ve wanted to wear a cape with my skin on IOS, man Mojang’s just so lack of capes on IOS, and if please, if someone out there whose truly generous to share how to, please don’t have doubts anymore cause it’ll help IOS players (including me).
Edit; I’m not very sure if it’ll work for 1.7 (cause this is my current version) for now.And uh, it’ll help if it’s an Alex skin cape.

well u see the reason why I can do it on any device and any version is because I don't use those skinpack capes. I modify the vanilla file which has the Alex and Steve base in them and add my own skin and cape to it. I can tell u now that a lot of people don't have capes with the Alex base because of them using add-on capes / skinpacks. the only thing I require u to do is to get a file explorer so u can paste the vanilla folder I personally created for your skin specifically.
