I've been wondering if i cen get a cape on my custom skin without using a computer cuz I'm lazy. Is dere an app for it? I'm IOS

I don't think there is an app for capes in iOS. Also, I think that capes may have some bugs in minecraft pe. Or I might be wrong.

After the release of 0.15.10 you are no longer able to buy the capes skin pack, after the release on 0.16.0 you are no longer able to use a custom skin on a cape due to them having fixed the bug that made it possible to change the skins in the skin packs, the only way to get a skin + cape in Minecraft PE 0.16.0 and onward is to have a modified application that replaces the Steve skin with your skin, however you can't log into Xbox live after creating a modified version of mcpe that has your skin with a cape and you won't be able to download anything from the market place due to not being able to login to Xbox live. Also custom skins on caped will not be returning in 1.2 as it has been confirmed that they were recording on Minecraft java for that part of the better together update trailer

It would be awesome to have a custom cape :/ I can make my own skins and I would like to have a cape but for now there's no program for that (That I know of).
