Can't view forums?

my phone died so I went to hop on forums on my laptop and it said the site was blocked. uuhh here's some information that might help,

I was on Microsoft edge and I tried viewing forums using an InPrivate tab and a regular and neither worked. any idea why it's doing that? ;/
