Cant post images and files on forum

Hello there! I want to upload my TBB plot idea, but when i try to upload images or files, it says:

The following error occurred:
Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropirate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator.

So, i was trying to wait "some" time (1 day). My content wasn't spam-like. It also isn't inappropirate. So, what i need to do?

If someone know, why this problem occure, pls, answer at this thread. Thank you.

It may have been because you didn't have enough messages—new members need a certain amount of messages and posts to do certain tasks. Have you tried again? Make sure to use the Upload a File button. If it doesn't work, you can still upload your images to a site such as imgur.com/upload and post the link. The submission will still be accepted.
