Can't Login

I've been playing on BrokenLens for a while now and for some reason I can't login anymore. I tried to join TNTTag but it would show me a pop up like so:

Because of this, I cannot play games anymore. I try signing into my account when the pop up appears but it never actually logs in. I know some others have the same situation but how can we fix it and log back in?
