Well you were banned for 7 days for glitch exploiting TNT, and then you were caught bypassing that ban. You probably cannot play because you are banned.

I searched up what it said in the first pic, and it said, "server connection is interrupted"

Here is a list of options to try out:
1. Restart your connection
2. Update your Minecraft towards the most recent update
3. Make sure the Server IP and Port is correct.

If you were banned, than you would have a title pop up in the middle of your screen saying that you were banned for the amount of time you were banned, and something saying that if this was a mistake go to www.brlns.net/forums/

But you don't, so that solves your problem with being banned. This is probably a glitch in the server. Wait a few hours, and if you still can't come on, then contact staff and admin to help you out.
