Can't Join Games

So whenever I get on the lobby, I can chat and walk around just fine. However, when I tap on a statue that should give me the IP and Port for a game, the server gives me the message "session closed", and chat stops working. I hadn't created an account on the website, so I did, and nothing changed. I would love a solution to this, and I apologize if this is not where this should've been posted
