Can't Get Youtube Rank

Hey, how are you? I know there are many people going on about how they can't get a 'YT Rank' and I have had the same problem. It says 'Players with 3 Warning Points cannot claim the YouTube rank' and stuff. I am not desperate or anything, just asking if there is a way I can claim it ;D
