Can't get YouTube Rank/Tag

I recently hit 100 sub's and wanted to apply for YouTube Rank. I did the /youtube email channel name and it kept telling me invalid information till eventually it gave me 3 strikes and I can't get it anymore. Is there anyway I can still apply for the Rank/Tag

We only require proof for YouTubers who have more than 1k subscribers. This user was just trying to help but staff members know the actual procedure.
