Can't get the YouTube RANK

I recently have 166 sub's and wanted to apply for YouTube Rank. I did the /youtube email channel name and it kept telling me invalid information till eventually it gave me 3 strikes and I can't get it anymore. Is there anyway I can still apply for the Rank/Tag

The email IS brokenlens registered email not yt email don't worry I made this mistake. Now the only way u get yt rank is like pin a comment' Example IGN:Monkeysgt For Brokenlens or make a brokenlens vid
