i am on ios and 1.2.10
It said 1.2.3-1.2.5 in the title but idk what is the reason makes me cant download it.
Can someone explain it and helping me to solve it?

This skins only for 1.2.3 to 1.2.5 You can't use this skins in 1.2.10. Since they have fixed 4d skins in 1.2.5+ versions. U need to be on 1.2.5 or below of the version till 1.2.3 to use this skins.
