Cant Collect Arrows shot by other archers or yourself

so a guy shoots at me and misses and i go to collect his arrow. IT DISSAPPEARS AS IF I COLLECTED IT BUT IT DOESNT GO IN MY INVENTORY ;-;
or if you go to shoot at someone and u change ur mind so u shoot at the ground

I also hate that, when you shoot an arrow at the ground, it disappears
