Can't Claim YouTube Rank | Invalid Info Glitch

hello brokenlens, once again I found that you can't claim youtube rank even you have 100+ subscribers. currently I have 164 subscribers and just uploaded an video of me playing on brokenlens. I would like to get the youtube rank as if I try in game it says users with 3 or more warning points can't claim yt rank. Hopefully you will read this.
