Can't claim the YT rank because of the 3 warning points!

So I was trying to claim the YT rank, but then a message saying I have 3 warning points. I didn't remember I've got these, please help.

Well, I have 1 BrokenLens video on my YT but ain't have 1k subs yet. I'll achieve that milestone soon. RN, I just wanna know how do I get rid of my warning points.
