Can't chat in chat

I joined TSW and was gonna say hello to all my friends. But when i type it in chat, ut won't appear anywhere. And i think there was no lag because everything else was going fine. All the friend alerts and announcments were going fine but i couldn't chat. And I didn't see anyone else chat also, usually when i join my friends say hi to me, but In this case they Didn't. When i typed something, it wouldn't show in chat. I hope this can be fixed.

(sometimes the chat gets hidden randomly so i have to reopen it to see new msgs)

How do you know that he accidentally tapped on the hide button? No offense, but this stuff's annoying.
