Can YT ranked people fly?

So,I've seen many YT ranked peopl fly before and when I look at them they quickly type "YT rank" wich I'm assuming YT ranked people can fly.But,once I saw someone that was YT rank in the Lobby,I saw them in the WAITING Lobby flying.But if they can fly in waiting Lobby,why can't VIPs and more fly in waiting Lobby?This was just my question,can YT ranked people fly?

Oh if they r flying in the waiting lobby that just means they r a hacker if they fly in the spawning lobby that's normal

Only vip players can fly not yt players beacause they hack so they can fly whatever they like tho well it seens like yt dont get what they want to have is flying tho only vip tho with gold , diamond, emerald only or staff
