Can You Reset Password At The Server???

Since I Have The 1.2 Update, I Can Now Get To The Server But Unfortunately I Can't Access My 2 Accounts: BenitezClance4 And BenitezClanceIV My Password Is Correct Yet It Says It Should Be 6 To 16 Characters Long... My Password Of My Two Accounts Is 19 Characters Long...

Can I Reset The Password At The Server???
