Can u just disable ppl for havin 'hack' in their name or saying hack alot?

At the waiting area, he was doing parkour. But when he was about to drop on some jump, he managed to get up! Thinking it was hacks, I inspected him. When he was at some block, he teleported so fast towards the section you see above. In game, I was fighting some people and this hacker was far away. A few momments later, he was right in our area in he cleaned me up.
