Sorry. I don't think the staff can give you the diamond rank. Without proof you could be faking that you had the rank.

When you paid you received a Receipt , if u cant find it then you might take the long way by telling me your ign , it might take week because I need to wait for the founder to reply back and to confirm if you really bought the rank , if not that's called fraud and I dont know if you knew but at 18+ you can be arrested for that(offf topic)

Ign is "In game name" the Name who you supposely have your Diamond Rank , and I hardly doubt you loose any of your stats , may you try to reconnect before?
