Can targeting be a rule

i am being constantly targeted by a player and she is in Windows10 (which I hate how PC is allowed now) and she is too hard to beat and all she does is kill me even if she is almost dead she still will use as much lives as she has and attack me and this is a problem for many other people and I think it should b a new rule

Yes, I agree with that. I think that this should be a rule, and I'm almost sure that it is a bannable or a warning point. :)

Yes, Targeting is an offense, do you have proof of her saying she is going to target you in chat or any proof she is targeting you...?

I don't know about this rule because people might falsely be accused of targeting, I've been accused of targeting before that I don't do.

how bout when the player targets you 3+ time in the game your in with him/her .-.

If the player targets you,deal with it. If they keep targeting you,target them back.
