Can Someone Tell Me How to Use the Report Command?

Everytime I saw hackers in TSW, I want to report them,but the message tells me that the destruction was too short.
So can someone tell me how to type the destruction and report hackers? Thanks!
(I often see flying hackers.)

2. Scroll down the ‘Important’ section.
3. Click on Player Reports
4. To create your own report, click on Post New Thread ‘in the right hand corner’

U can only report ppl when u are in the same server as them.
But the /report thing is broken after the change lobby thing when u join game. Which means, u cant do /report when u are in the hub while the hacker joined a new game. Not to mention the hackers nowadays have weird name like random numbers.

Also, it would be helpful to take a screenshot of the hackers as evidence. Fn print if using windows 10 and if using a smartphone, you would just a normal screenshot
