Can Somebody please help me with an unban situation

I always play brokenlens servers and I have never hacked or commited a cybercrime in a server. For all the ones who have knowledge or succeeded in getting unbanned, please help me...I swear I have never done anything wrong...Just please UNBAN me.

Hi @Noelia Im DoOmsDaY BomB im here to help you, Can you recall what it said the first time you came in and it said you were banned? Something like, You were banned by Laura_Aria for Creative-Mode Hacking. If so i will ask a stafd to help you

It did not say anything like that...it just said that I was permanently banned

Hi,
I tried to search a report but there's no report about you. I will tag some staffs to see if one of them banned you or not. Please wait for their respond.

While wait for the staffs can you try join the server with different IGN?
