can my account be unbanned?

my account was banned of the name of " xdree " and it's been banned perm because a guy named humzy was on it, idk how i never gave him permission to be on it but it was banned for that reason and i would like to see if there is a way to get it unbanned. ( this isn't humzy this is the original owner )
