Can I transfer ranks?

i know I have a new YT rank but I paid for an emerald rank on BrookePlaysMCPE. The reason why I cant be online with that user is because it has that xbox live account error. I have tries fixing it many times but it cant work. Could I transfer my emerald rank from BrookePlaysMCPE to DaBrookePlayz? I can get some photos of proof if you want me to.

You can buy a transfer ticket for $2.50 that allows you to transfer all your information from one account to another! But if you have an error then staff may just transfer the rank for free...

Staff can transfer it probably if u show proof u bought it or if it’s in ur account idk if they can, I’ll tag some
