If you purchased the rank from the online shop (www.brlns.net/shop/), then you should have received an email that confirms your purchase. Can you post a screenshot of this email so we have proof that you bought the rank?

Hi,
Can you take a screenshot of the email that was sent to you about your rank and show it here. You can do that by clicking the orange button that says 'Upload a File' then clicking 'Choose File'. The proof is needed so the staff know you are telling the truth and can set your rank.
