Can I change the pw used to login in the server???

so, after the updates and stuff, you know how you have to login to Xbox to play external servers? So I did, and the thing is, it changes my username to something else, meaning that the old username and all the progress on that one is basically lost. And I try to login to my old UN, but it seems I have forgotten the password, I tried all the possible passwords I could use. so is there a way to like change that PW or something??? I more prefer playing with that acc, than the Xbox username one. So...
 
Hi there. :p

In order for the staff to reset your password, you must prove you own the account. You can do this by showing us a screenshot of you logged into your account and the chat says "Welcome back (player name)" or you can show us a screenshot of when you win a game or of /mystats or a screenshot of the last skin you used on BrokenLens.

If you cannot do that, can you please tell us some stats that only you would know like - what your level is, what your crew is, how many global wins (wins in total you have) and if possible how many kills, deaths and losses you have. You don't have to remember the exact number but try be as close as possible.

You can ask staff to reset it for you if you can show proof that you own the account. A picture of your stats would be good, or a screenshot of it saying "Welcome back, <Old Username>!"
But since you likely don't have one try to remember your number of wins/losses/gems/etc, and if you can't I think they'll accept a picture of the most recent skin you used on the server :)

Ok so where can I give you the screenshot? I cannot give you much info on the other stuff as I haven't been on in a while due after the update, so I honestly can't remember much, if anything at all. However I do have my skins so...?

Ok so where can I give you the screenshot? I cannot give you much info on the other stuff as I haven't been on in a while due after the update, so I honestly can't remember much, if anything at all. However I do have my skins so...?
(I have not much of a clue of how this thread and whatnots work so don't mind me if there are mistakes)

The post the screenshot you can click the orange button below the text box that says "Upload a File"

Ok, so it was either one of those two. I think, most likely that it was the first one. Looks about right to me
Oh, and just in case, my username was wildpancakes-still is actually, Xbox changes it.

The skin is correct ^-^ but I am not sure if that is enough proof so I'll tag other staff to confirm or deny.

Um, no. But if I think about it logically, I collected those daily thingies just about everyday like a while, and some of them would like double coins and whatnots, and I also played quite frequently, so I'm guessing higher than 5? Perhaps 5-10, I don't think I was that good to have been a high lvl. And now that I think of it, I haven't been on in months, since the 1.2 update.

Not sure at all. Have not a clue.
It's just that when I played, I didn't really care about the lvl, so I never payed much attention to it... sorry
