Is this ItsQueen23 (something like that)? I think is her bypassing perm ban since he previous name before the update was QueenBee_123 (her new bypassing name is VERY similar)

This account doesn't appear on ItsQueen23's IP, and it uses a different skin from ItsQueen23. I think this is a different person's account. Thanks for the report
