Bypassing

Offense: Bypassing. Claims "he is just a fan" so staff can you check IP? Considering Mohamm2edhunter is banned (by the way, why?), that seems rather unlikely. @ItzYaGirlMoon claims that she has seen them together, but I suspect that was Mohamm2edhunter using another device because he knew he was going to get banned and he wanted to set up a good bypassing account. @PandeeDEATH was also there.
