Solved bypassing?

this is my friend, everytime he gets banned he makes new account. although i never saw him hack but i guess he is actually hacking because some of the accounts that he also manages (most of them are in my crew AttackOnTitan) were banned. his other account is currently banned but he made a new one not waiting for his time out. this is bypassing, right? i feel bad for reporting my own friend and i also want to know if he's actually hacking, thanks.
