I have a feeling this is the same guy I reported hacking before in OITC. I took screenshots of his skin and his IGN (bottom of screen in the second screenshot). I believe this is the same person I reported because I remember reporting someone with the name kenji and a bunch of numbers after it in the link below:

Maybe it's just me? I'm not sure but as soon as I joined the match, he crouched and walked to the "Back to Lobby" (and rather quickly for someone who walks distance while crouching) character.
