ByPassing isnt allowed?

After getting banned i tought i should make an alt account because my yt channel would be ded but in the next month i got banned i dont even hak anymore. Ive been playing skywars now im level 9 i bought kits and tools i dont want it to go to waste if i will be banned why does it have to be permanent could it be just a month or 2?
