Bypassing Ban

So, the other day, someone reported this guy, TrueEnderOwOr, who has been bullying others and myself for weeks. He then got banned, but bypassed that. So someone else reported him for bypassing the ban, the report was denied, because the player was already unbanned by the time a mod had looked at the report. At the time of the report was published, ender was still banned. In the first picture it shows what time ender was banned for bypassing his mute. In the second, it shows what time the reporter reported the player for bypassing. In the third, it shows that Ssunsett replied to the appeal right after he was unbanned. In conclusion, I firmly believe TrueEnderOwOr was indeed bypassing his ban. If you need more evidence I can add some.
