I don't think he/she is bypassing the ban, it's just that it takes a while for the ban to "register". In fact sometimes it only seems to work once the player has gone offline .-.

I kicked the player from the server and she is unable to rejoin.I don't think he/she is bypassing the ban, it's just that it takes a while for the ban to "register". In fact sometimes it only seems to work once the player has gone offline .-.
