I say leave him alone. He isn't flying or doing any bad hacks, all he does is use regular stone blocks. He even quit teleporting. I'm pretty sure he's already IP-banned anyway, so don't ban him again, as it doesn't do anything. Knowing all this, I've actually kind of gotten to know him, and he's a decent guy. I'm just saying don't ban him, it will do absolutely nothing except probably make him fly/teleport hack again.

He's 'decent'? In one of my other reports he harassed me. That isn't DECENT.

That may have been a bad choice of words. I mean he's decent as far as hackers go, as I've had some hackers be real jerks towards me and other players after saying they are going to report them, including swearing. I do still say he shouldn't be banned.
