I thinm he means that the forums isnt for trial application (like actually testing you if your qualofied to me a staff) but for hangouts, and for bug reports, hack reports, suggestions, ETC..

And i think kk567 wants them to have an ACTUAL STAFF APPLICATION instead of the forums=trial thing.

I think he wants that let the staff do their work, we just need to call them, not act like an admin.

He doesn't want people to stop being helpful. He wants people to stop being suck-ups like Spike and Ex just so they can get a rank, they don't care about being helpful they just want the rank

But he doesn't help to help. He only helps to get rank. He doesn't care about helping or if it did help he just cares about getting rank
