If they used coarse language or/and insult a player continuously, then that’s bannable. The most that staff would do would give him a warning point.

But this isn’t really considered bullying, he’s not being super rude.. he’s most likely just a salty mean bean.

You can add him to your ignore list: /Ignore add username
