You should probably report swearing, but if the person censors it themself, I don't think it's a mute due to it not being 100% rude, More like you will be kicked for swearing (I think xP)

Well if they kick you for swearing,that's just annoying like how the server kicks me for flying after a match ends while spectating :mrgreen:
