PS: For staff i have question and suggestion. Question is are he can ban in Forums? Suggestion pls do That we can report Players in forums

But this isn’t really bullying, he’s just saying his opinion I guess - you can add him to your little ignore list if he bothers you, I’ll keep an eye on him though! ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ

Also, yes. You can certainly report players on the forums. :)
