Just because you submit a map under the Map Submissions forums does not mean you get the Builder rank.
The rank is for the official builders of BrokenLens. In order to get the builder rank, you have to apply.

A rough guess, I always thought it had to be done solo to show the specific person’s qualities in building, providing evidence that they should be chosen over others when they apply for the rank, Staff, please correct me if I’m wrong.

2 people can build it Diavent and Woona made a map together I saw in a screenshot
