You have the right to an opinion and everyone does but you always have to say it in a not so nice way or you never think of what the other person will feel. This is how you have to think before you say something to someone because just like you, they have a backstory, not everyone is emotionless or like you. Some people take things to heart and it stays with them for a very long time.

Yes if it's recent behavior- no if it's past behavior like 6 months+ If I can really see someone has changed I will consider them- we also will discuss it as a team if someone questionable is a potential builder
