When you shoot bow invitory messes up block disappears when you place it and u fall in void Enders pearls get thrown diagonal when you throw it straight but it's only sometimes

The best way to get rid of this glitch is to just disconnect from the server and rejoin. That's what I do when this happens, and thanks for the report! hope it helped you! ^_^
