Bug??!?

I dont know if this is bug but it happened many times before and I ignored it..
(If you don't understand,the game started in the waiting lobby with some players there and others in the game map )

I don't always tag vertx,and what's the point in making a bug report if vertx won't see?That's y I tagged vertx.
