You can't superimpose some items if you didn't get it by the same way

Example:
You can not superimpose the cobblestone that you mined with the cobblestone that you found in the chests

It also works for the bread, you can't superimpose the breads that you crafted (with the Craft Table) with the breads that you found in the chests.
