Bug I guess

I have problems I played in sw and h&s and i win but didn't get any gem and also when I enter from the main lobby to any game sometimes i spawn in the ship and then I return back to the main lobby and someone please can explain to me what's the second pic means why this happened Xx

Gems , I think are random so you don't win one everytime

The screenshot and the Ship bug are common they will be fixed soon thank you
