I asked him more than once to jump down, he did not listen and when I asked him to do /hub, he killed my friend

He also won because of this bug, This also happened in Bow Spleef.

I couldn't kill him since he was on a building.

First screenie is him on top if building, you can see someone up dere, that's him

Second screenie is his Name, person who won. (Joseph484848)
