Hi! I can't find any reports about you and from your description it sounds like you were banned by The Watcher
It's the anti-cheat bot and its usually accurate so it's unlikely you'll get unbanned.

I can’t do anything at the moment - it’s his network, because the username isn’t banned - although the admin panel isn’t working so.
