Oh but I was not the one who charged back,it wasn't me who bought my rank it was my friend on Brlns so I'm not responsible for what's happening to me and I am innocent I don't deserve to be banned (Permanent ban)

You could advertise your channel as long as you have Broken Lens content. About the server question, I'm not sure, just don't say the server name in an advertising way.
It's when you are trying to pay for a rank and you take back the money you were supposed to pay and taking the rank with you at the same time.
