i dont know about his specific problem, but i know i was also on around the same time in MM. and the whole server was having issues. cant use the portal, cant use quick play- i tried to use portal and it dropped me in the void (i started recording for fear of gettin banned). this user may have just got caught up in the weirdness around that time since there arnt any reports against him.
